A 40-year-old patient with a known case of uncontrolled hyperthyroidism
was admitted secondary to acute ST-segment elevation myocardial
infarction and thyroid storm. Acute medical therapy was started followed
by a coronary angiogram because he developed signs of heart failure.
There were no complications, and he was discharged in stable condition.
